    The pool area was very clean and the location was particularly good and excellent, next to popular restaurants and shops, other venues and a buzzing flea market. Overall it was spotlessly clean with the comfort of a large sofa.

    Excellent place with excellent wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and friendly staff. I remember on my first stay they helped me with early check-in. Don't miss the fantastic Sky Bar while you're here!

    Overall a lovely stay on a business trip. Fairly clean hotel, affable stuff & absolutely perfect and excellent location in the city centre of Phuket town. Location adjacent to two major temples in the Town and restaurants such as Pizza company, Macdonald and KFC. Nicely decorated and spotless room with a lovely bed. Exceptionally good view of the sea and mountains...

    Had a blast with my friends! The staff were super friendly and helped us plan our trip to the local night market. We also took a taxi to Soi Ta-ied for some Muay Thai training. The pool was nice too. A great place for group fun.

    The gym was a bit small and didn't have a stationary bike, disappointing .

    It has a free shuttle bus every morning at 10 pm to the Thavorn Resort near a beach. Therefore, you pay for a normal hotel but can enjoy services of a resort like swimming pool, the environment.

    The location is far from the beach, it is only convenient when you like to visit the old quarter. But because of the shuttle bus as mentioned above, it is accepted. However, the standard room is very small. I suggest you should book the luxurious room which belongs to a much higher level.

    The staff were WONDERFUL and lovely in case of questions. The location was unbeatable with exceptionally good views. You can find Up Town quite close to the hotel to a have lunch.

    people smoke in hotel corridor so as soon as u get out of the room, it smells like hell.

    There is free wifi in de lobby and there are 2 free computers with internet. Really cheap.

    This is a real hotel for the party/budget tourist. Bathroom was full of water, the hotel is located in a part of Phuket Town where nothing is happening.

    nice hotel. It sure has it's shiny glamorous days behind, but for the money you pay totally worth it. In total there are 6 PC's with free internet access + wifi. There is a big common-room-like "social area" on the 4th floor with HD TV and a nice pool on the 10th floor. Staff was kind when I asked to change the room because the window didn't close properly.

    It location is in central of city,near to market & everywhere. The staff were very helpfull especially as we left our keys inside the room, they hurried up to open up with their spare key (they only give 1 key each room). They dont have tea/coffee maker in room, but hot water always available in 4th floor. Good for stay in budget, especially if you need to catch early flight.

    Bathroom was not clean, there were lots of dust & something in corner of bathroom. In overall building look tired, which is Ok, as long as its clean, Hopefully management can upgrade its cleanliness even they're not upgrading the building.
